Firm
The Institute of Professional Educating we established already in 1993, in order to create the effective system of trainings, which would assure of education for specialists on the highest level. From very beginning disseminating the comprehensive knowledge in the scope of the environmental protection is our mission. At present richer for fourteen-year experience, we are one of training major league companies in Poland.
We are opened to quickly changing regulations of the Polish law and orientated to needs of the individual and group Customer.
Trainings
Original, dedicated training projects are philosophy of our Company. Therefore creating every of such projects we are preparing its this way, in order to it suited fully by Customer needs, in order to was practical and in consequence enriched the knowledge by training participants. Analysing chosen problems and building the training programme up we are trying always in depth to get to know both training needs and the specificity of action of the company. During the process of realization of the training we are passing on a message in the intelligible and accessible way helping solve appearing problems.
Staff trainers/cooperation
We are cooperating with experienced academic teachers and experts, with co-originators of the Polish law. They are reliable specialists in it fields – often the workers of civil service offices, of the Ministry of Environment. They are persons which in their long-term career are bound with discussed problems. They administer the knowledge about the newest planned changes in regulations, what is being transferred for providing with the substantive high level of run lectures.
Organization
We are taking efforts, in order to classes had both theoretical and practical character as well as they took place at the active participation of participants. It is a basic advantage of such meetings possibility of getting the information from top-ranking specialists, presentations of actual problems, participants are usually meeting with which in work, consulting available solutions and the skill-sharing with different participants.
If the topic requires training it, on classes a right practical university class is being carried out - e.g. filling forms, conclusions, the declarations, etc. Above all a development of practical abilities is our purpose. The presented thematic scope is being taken back to the basic knowledge and of the ability, but depending on your needs, taking into consideration the degree of the substantive advancement of participants individual topics can be modified and made rich for numerous exercises as well as studies of cases.

Training strategy
It is possible to treat presented training programmes as specific training blocs or as the thematic scope, in area of which joining all sorts of people is possible of problems, depending on needs of the concrete group or the specific Customer.
Methodology
Depending on the kind of trainings and individual needs of Customers they are it among others: lecture forms, workshop and training, enabling to exercise techniques new both improving purchased abilities, simulations and problem objectives, case studies. Participants of the training receive individual training packages prepared by our academic teachers and coaches which depending on training the kind assume the form every single time: of course books, questionnaire forms, tools in the electronic form.
Place of the training
Trainings can take place in training centres of the Ekologus Ltd placed on the area of entire Poland, as well as in the departure form at centres of the Customer or in different agreed places.
Certificate of completing the course
Participants of trainings receive the certificate of completing the course. Depending on the form and the kind of training they assume the form of the specialist certificate, confirming the participation in the training.
Experience
The Institute of Professional Educating we appointed already in 1993, in order to create the effective system of trainings which would provide with educating specialists on the highest level. Since that time over 10 thousands persons participated in our trainings, above 6.5 thousands of the institutions ordered at us the training for its workers, over 800 trainers carried on our trainings.
